“Wholeness, What is It?”
When feeling well or less than well, the word wholeness, complete wealth of being, affirmed and taken to heart can have a healing, renewing, and balancing effect on our state of being and physical body. What does wholeness look like? What portrays wholeness in our life? Perhaps a healthy and vibrant plant, animal, person, or scene represents wholeness.
Wholeness applies to our entire nature, the fullness of being, spiritual, physical, emotional, and intellectual. It describes our truest nature: completeness, nothing lacking, richness of spirit and wellness. Spiritually, it tells of our inheritance as Divine Beings and Expressions. Wholeness is in our midst, defined as within us and around us. We may experience wholeness as the Kingdom of Heaven within and at hand—the presence of God being known and recognized.
Affirmation: I am unbroken, undivided. I am whole. I affirm the power of feeling whole. I speak wholeness in the silence to my entire self, knowing Wholeness has healing power–a lifting to my true state of being. I bless all things in my life by seeing wholeness present and shining. I am whole. I communicate wholeness. In gratitude, Amen
Quote: “If something or someone appears to be less than whole in any way–I claim Wholeness, seeing the thing or person in the True Light.” ―revfrieda
