These practices may be done throughout 2018 to clear self of mental and emotional clutter.

Now and throughout 2018 there are a few clean-slate practices to apply in the bright new year with. The first: Forgive the people, things and circumstances needing release from consciousness. Give freedom, love and grace to any bruised relationship and area in life. Feel completely free of non-forgiveness. Fill with divine love. 

Make a conscious act of agreement to 2018 commitments, projects and adventures dear to you. They may be written down and placed in a favored place in the Bible. “Commitment is an act not a word.” –Anonymous

Give thanks for a year of blessings and safe-keeping for self, dear friends and loved ones. Include the neighborhood and town of residence. Know gratitude for prosperity, expected and unexpected in 2017. Be thankful for challenges—for they cause us to see things more deeply and discover new insight into transforming challenges into blessings.

Write out a gratitude list. Include everything past, present and future you are joyous and grateful for. As we know, giving thanks in advance connects us to the good we seek. Actually we are accepting the desired goal, commitment and reality of what we want as already here, realized and manifested. 

Free everyone to be as they are. Grudges be gone. Acceptance of people for who they are takes over in our heart, mind and thinking.

Celebrate feeling and being free, unencumbered by the past and accepting the now and the new with enthusiasm and great joy. We decree: I fill with appreciation for the inner and outer gifts present and easily coming to and through me, Amen
