I am one with the highest idea and the purest Truth in the now, present moment. Here I am comfortable, open and heart-centered on the intention to ‘put God first.’

In the quiet of these reverential minutes, I guide my attention and rest with Divine thoughts, one’s of the transforming family of holy words and statements: ‘I have choice in every second,’ ‘I and the mother-father God are one.’ ‘Divinity is alive within me.’ ‘I am lifted as a spiritual question is formed inside my mind’—

Why does my mind tend to go to the negative not easily released? How can I readily be released and rise in consciousness? Thank you Divine wisdom for the answer is already known and here as I know that I know.

I reside in the stillness for some moments.

Sincerely, I bring forth the reminder there is One Power within: The all-divinely, power-filled and potent energy with transcendent capabilities. 

At this time I direct my thoughts, fill with the knowledge and feel the insight of ‘God and I are one.’ ‘All power is here and given to me.’ ‘I am power; I am free from limitation and in the midst of peace and joy.’

I remain liberated in the verities of sacred ideas circulating through my feeling nature, mind, body, and activities. The well-ness of Divinity is re-established and definite inside me and glides easily throughout my life in grace-filled ways. Grateful for the presence of spiritual wisdom and insight, Amen.
