I let go outer clamor and decisively tune to a saving grace within.  

Letting go more, the breath leads me into peace,

Remembering its sweetness.

I hang out here, anchored by breathing and power of choice.

I let the moment stretch into deeper relaxation…

Distractions float by like clouds journeying beyond a horizon.

I hear the inner light—

Beloved allow stillness to saturate your cells and renew your mind,

Granting the wholeness of love’s divinity to restore,

Without effort or thought…   

In childlike ease, I greet the new moment lingering in gratitude.

      Hold lightly in your heart and mind throughout the day–Freeing grace flows through me and divine love encircles me.
