James 1:5 “If any of you is lacking in wisdom, ask God, who gives to all generously and ungrudgingly, and it will be given you.” NRSV

Aware of the moment, I concentrate on the breath and invite stillness in thought and feeling. “Peace! Be still!” From the quiet I affirm–God guides me. “I truly desire divine guidance;” and I trust innate wisdom completely. Thank you Divinity for filling me with light and divine direction.  I know what to do and I move forward courageously in the light of guidance and meet with good.  And so it is, Amen

Keep in your heart and mind throughout the day–I am beloved of God. An inner spiritual light guides me.
