I let the world slip from my mind as I breathe in and let any stress or concerns go. I breathe and feel relaxation gliding through my body. In this moment things are well and the room is filled with gentle peace. I breathe in through my nostrils and breathe out through my mouth. As I take fresh air in I breathe out a sigh of letting go.

Let go. The breath and relaxation are my now experience. I enjoy the atmosphere of relaxation in the room and extending throughout the dwelling I am in. Relaxation I breathe in and can feel in the out breath, peace filling beyond the room in circulation motion, spreading throughout the outside household property and extending outward. All is peace.

I return my focus onto the body and feel relaxation saturating my body temple. Gentle tranquility soothes what needs to be comforted and relieves anything other than serene peace and vibrant life. 

As I go about the day regardless of time, I breathe and feel the lightness of relaxation—my true state of being. I send vibes of love and appreciation throughout my body temple. I know thought waves of gratitude for my creative ability and accomplishments.

I open within and know where I am the light and presence of the Divine is. I am Divine; I breathe and rest in the understanding. As I move through the experience of life, my conscious breathing relaxes and restores. I move forth replenished, knowing I am not alone.

The Divine Spirit and I are one. I am cleared and thankful for renewed energy and life, a refreshed mind and peaceful breath. I am grateful, Amen. Unity Daily Word Affirmation: Inner Peace—“Peace. Peace. Peace is my true nature.”
