Think for a moment how many ways you are worth it. Perhaps it’s writing and publishing a book. Or remodeling your home. Suppose you desire a better more challenging job, even higher pay. Suppose a neighbor is challenging. With all this and even more, what helps us continue to believe in ourselves, our God and good? What keeps us keeping on when we tire, or when we are challenged?

There is a Truth practice which is our saving grace while at the same time gives us ample well-being and feelings of worthiness. Of course it is simple; while not always easy. It is the practice of looking within to the light in our soul, the God light shining in our mind and heart and in every cell of our body and corner and space of our life. Our God can be felt in the outer. And even more, can be the rest and refreshing outlook we crave—when we look within to our God Self.

We can look outside of ourselves and come up empty. However, when we turn within to Spirit Divine our craving for peace, our stamina to keep on, and the inspiration and Divine ideas we so need rise up.  We are touched and lifted so genuinely. There is no craving worthiness; we know we are God’s worthy beloved now.

We daughters and sons of God are re-energized and given what we need when we look within. On the other hand, we can become frustrated in looking outside for our strength, worthiness and the spark we need to keep on keeping on in the good works we have begun, in the belief in good outcomes, and in the faith in humankind and in circumstances that disappoint.

With certainty, it is in looking to our God nature we are given what we need for any given inner hunger and new supply of energy to keep on, to see the good and to feel the self-worth and powerhouse of mighty potential we truly are.

For we remember we are the avenue of the Divine to express and shine where we are and in what we do, give and create. We shine in our neighborhood and wherever we are. For God is there as us and with us.

We are God’s expression, needed and so, so very worthy of  Divine Knowing, Oneness and our heart’s desire realized. We look within and discover the good, the needs fulfilled, Amen and Amen. We are so grateful this is so. Let’s recall the Bible verse often: John 17:23–“I in them and you in me, that they may become completely one…”
