In the Spirit
I had the pleasure recently to be with two local leaders who are Hindu by birth. They shared in joy and gave of their time, talent, and wisdom freely and easily. It felt good to be in their presence. They spoke with such love for their spiritual practice, Hinduism. The two were absorbed in the moment, overflowing with generosity and goodness.
When I share about Unity and spiritual truth and practices, I hope my message comes across with such deep love and passion as these two leaders displayed.
When are those times when you feel most in the Presence? Or said another way, when do you feel wed with the Divine presence of goodness and love expressing?
A person recently told me they feel the spiritual Presence when they drum. The individual becomes totally absorbed in drumming. There is single mindedness at that time. It is similar to meditation and being in the silence. There is no duality. Perhaps you have felt that while walking, in prayer, in deep sharing, or deep breathing exercises.
So here is to getting absorbed in the moment, in laughter, in listening to a fascinating story, in spontaneous giving from the heart, in moments of prayer and meditation, exercise, or music.
You are Beloved and well thought of. Rev. Frieda
