“Peaceful Calm”
Have you noticed in a mid summer day how peaceful the outdoors becomes. Not a bird is to be seen. Even the squirrels still on a hot summer day. When rhetoric becomes hot; when the threat of peace is disturbed in our homeland or anywhere in the world, we have the choice to respond and maintain our peace of mind.
If a family or neighborhood upset occurs, that is the opportune moment to maintain a peaceful demeanor. Not artificial, but real. It is a time to pause and consider anything peaceful like a flower blooming in our backyard. It is the perfect moment to reaffirm the Divine Peace ever in our midst. This kind of peace cannot be disturbed or shaken by facts or outer conditions. Our inner peace will guide and calm our thoughts, feelings and any non-peaceful images in our mind.
We pause for prayer now knowing sweet and wholesome peace is here as the gentle knowing all is well–in the presence of God all is well. The second we begin to think and entertain peace of mind, tranquility in our heart of love and feelings, we have serenity. Imaging the Christ Light of peace we are enveloped in the expression of peace.
This kind of peace balances our breathing, lowers our pulse, equalizes our blood pressure and lights our entire being with pleasantness. We are illuminated and shepherded.
Allow peace to be known in you. Bring to mind the Master Teacher’s demonstrations and messages filled with peace. We have these spiritual vibes and memories within our heart of peaceful moments and the absolute trust in peace and divine right action unfolding for the good of all.
When we entertain peace, our spiritual power and presence is realized and manifests as the activity of peace adjusting, righting wrongs, and bringing about what appears as miraculous and harmonious events and conditions in our personal lives and across the Globe.
We breathe in peace, greet it within our being and know it is circulating everywhere present, Amen. John 14:27, (NRSV): “Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled, and do not let them be afraid.”
