I center within seeking the quiet place of my God nature. Here I feel the holiness of the moment, the unity with the Divine Spirit indwelling.

God and I are one. I choose to open and receive; sit and be; soak in the light and be replenished and restored in every way. “I am holy holy holy, I am whole.” I ask to be open and know. Then act on clear wisdom, knowing what to move with and what to let go of.

I am divinely guided as I am still and receptive; I listen and rest in Divine Presence. Quietly I still and hear. Actively present without motion or effort I am filled. Prayer is like watching the morning sun, rising and rising, shining light, giving warmth and nourishment and bringing light to the dark places.

Dear God I feel illumined, warmed and filled with needed inspiration to keep on loving, acting from peace and seeing beauty in every person. I rest as I pause and give thanks for Oneness with my divine sustenance and life, substance and understanding.

I feel enlivened and provided for. “I give and it is given.” In appreciation for inner connection and peace, thank you indwelling and ever-present God, Amen.
