“Like billowing clouds, like the incessant gurgle of the brook, the longing of the Spirit can never be stilled.” —Hildegard of Bingen. Saint Hildegard excelled in many areas; one is her mystical insight and another her Spirit-filled visionary gift.

She perceived the truth of God as an insatiable ‘longing’ of our soul and selfhood to know the spirit and truth within ourselves. The inner call cannot be silenced.

It, the divine presence and power established within us, prompts us, messages us and graces each one of us with little blessings put on our path, placed in our mind and hearts daily to help, lift and increase our individual and divine understanding.

These little blessed happenings, let us know we are more than human, we are divinely wired and connected.

Those insights into our spiritual wealth of mystical ability lighten our entire day, provide relief from everyday concerns, doubts and priorities. In a burst of knowing we realize it is love that is important, our connections with one another, providing for well being and comfort.

Our spiritual fabric and unity are the spiritual juice of daily bread and enlivened sustenance, raising us from the mundane, touching the luminous verities nestled within ordinary experiences and as our human-spiritual nature.

We breathe in the freshness of a new outlook from a revitalizing in-look as we follow the ‘longing’ and see with spiritual eyes, sense with mystical wisdom and realize our holy nature manifests through us and everywhere alive and present, in gratitude, Amen.
