Spring is literally around the corner and can take place in our heart at any time or season. It is one of the most wondrous times of the year besides fall’s beauty and December’s festivities and glowing lights.

Spring is unique as it is a restored and renewed awakening–a coming alive of nature into the fullness of budding, flowering and colorful beauty. New shiny leaves, cherry blossoms, daffodils, crocuses, Easter Lilly’s and more wave and smile around us.

Let’s invite, coax ourselves into a personal regeneration and awakening. Look for and invite new strengths, new life within us to come into bloom. Feel and sense our cells flower anew as the Christlike aliveness restores the weak places with fortification and regeneration of rosy life and the fullness of wholeness and well-being.

Not only in our body temple, we also bless our mind, memory and moments of stillness as we remind ourselves:

In the stillness: “I am one with all life, love, joy and unity with God.” “I am goodness and joy expressing as vibrant as a spring day. Let’s have moments now in the stillness. Close our eyes if desired or place our sight on something of a reminder of the fullness and glory of Divine Spirit indwelling and Omnipresent. These moments in the silence power our life force streaming through our entire being.

Enjoy the zest of life in and about us now in the quiet of the serene and calm…….zest stands for bubbling life; our life consists of peace and light, happiness and contentment. We are that effervescence of the pure stream of life and renewal.
