We must be open to heal. With every pore receptive. Our willingness to rise in consciousness meeting peace here. Sit with peace and join with forgiveness. Not ordinary forgiveness. The extraordinary Christ belief in releasing what was and enter into the reality of spiritual power and wholeness now present.

Practice wholeness. What is it? And what does vibrancy of life look like? Suppose we have been in turmoil with someone. Filled our mind with the details of how they are upsetting both in their actions or inactions, words and whatever else disturbing. We begin to cleanse the mind by accepting our upset, yet not the permanence of it. Then forgiving the discordant and the person and personality.

There is a realization there is a higher self within and as the person who was unforgiven. In addition, there is a clear understanding we who have been in turmoil about another also has a higher self from where the healing energy emanates.

In forgiving the person, we chose to give our attention to the higher God nature, to the light of grace and divine power, asking to be restored and cleansed of the upset. To let go and forgive, returning to peace and the feeling of being loving and loved. We have united with love.

Likewise, in times of need for balance and peace inside our mind and emotions, we can affirm sacred thoughts and phrases. The New Revised Standard Version of the Lord’s Prayer is revitalizing to read. “As I forgive I am forgiven.” As I rest upon divine peace I merge with the peace Jesus spoke of which calms disturbances and takes us safely into tranquil waters and serenity is established within and about us.

I am safe, appreciated, loved, free, renewed and harmonized with myself, people, things, pets and the natural kingdom. I am spiritually alive, in the nature and actuality of divine presence and power, God, Amen
