There are a myriad of ways Divine Spirit, the finer communication ability within messages each of us.

When we are observant and listen as we would a dear friend relating something significant, we gain understanding, we are given wisdom, and receive messages from our body temple. Our bodies are equipped with a superior communication ability. When we become familiar with the signals our body relates, we receive guidance, feedback, and perhaps confirmation to do or not do something.

Flashes of insight can come through our understanding faculty in our head area. Wisdom in the center of our body can alert us when we are tense, or maybe to alert us to be cautious. The knees can communicate by becoming warm or reporting well-being when things before us will go smoothly and well. Our forehead or the top of our head may tingle or lighten up bringing understanding, spiritual aliveness and affirming oneness. There are no limits to body wisdom and intelligence–our whole body is alive with love and accurate acuity for relaying direct and wise messages to our brain, mind, heart and intuitive capacity.
