Especially during this gracious Season of Light and Meaning, apply self care. Give hugs, receive joy. Slow Down and Breathe…. For certain, every time of the year calls for self-love and care!  

The Sacred holidays along with the many traditions during this time give us a special opportunity to recall the Infinite capacity within humankind, within an individual person. We have a radiant light and a healing power closer than our breathe. With each sparkling light, in the excited eyes of children, the twinkling eyes of the middle aged person, teenager and senior adult, shines of the Spiritual Presence alive inside each individual.

What’s more, the light and power of Spirit within are ageless, deathless, and originally whole, well and free of any kind of limitation.
