Joy rejoices within me and announces its continuous presence of revitalization–its physical and emotional state–causing the heart to sing and renew its relationship with happiness and contentment.

I sit and align with the quiet and tranquil, feeling joy enliven inwardly, filling the stillness with peace and the remembrance of wholeness.

What’s more, I live in Joy and tap into the flow of Divine exuberance, giving joy full reign and room to be and give through my voice, facial expressions and actions in the moment and ongoing throughout living life.
