“All Irish”
This is the day we are all Irish. What may come to mind, for me it does, are the many gifts the Irish give through their music, talents, love for fun and having a good time, for their deep emotion and appreciation for their beautiful countryside. For their wit and humor, their striving for harmony and togetherness. Thank you St. Patrick for your dedication and legend. For each and all the Irish legends and myths.
Further, I pray some day to visit Ireland as my great, great grandfather Bryan was Irish and came to America to begin a new life. He gave my family a love for land and crops, mainly vegetables and potatoes. Our family still owns a small part of the original Bryan land in New Jersey.
Likewise, the Irish have many prayers of blessing. Here is mine to you—“A Blessing:”
May this day find you in green: Abundant green lights during your travels, plentiful greenbacks coming into your hands–may some of them be 100 dollar greenbacks. Green is the color for healing too. May you thrill with healing today in the fanciful atmosphere of joy and good-will. While, we remember today and in our tomorrows, joy and good will are perennial and in everyday.
May you feel the love and kindness within yourself, in nature, the air and in every person if you look with spiritual eyes into the light of Truth and goodness within them. May each person who thinks of you have love for you in their hearts, well-wishes, too. May each person in your presence be loving and kind in your space. May all who you work with see the value and worth of your gracious spirit. You are love; you live in love; and love comes to you in a circular manifestation of continuous well being and beloved-ness, Amen. In thankfulness it is so.
