“Difficulties.”

Over the summer my husband and I took a vacation at our favorite spot at the Texas beach. We stayed in a condo that had plenty of stairs.

Well, I do not know whether I was trying to defy age or just feeling great to be on vacation and probably a mix of both, I climbed the stairs every chance I could get. I enjoyed the exercise.

Not soon after and coinciding with the cooler weather my knees started to hurt. As it turned out, I was procrastinating finding a good chiropractor. So I acted on the search for one. Soon after I visited one who has turned out to be great. My knees are much improved and I feel wholesomely healthy.

There was worry at first. Is this age? Will I heal completely? How about a good chiropractor—will I find one? I believe we each worry more than may be needed. We do heal; we find good doctors; and our bodies restore, praise God.

So let’s keep the faith even in our doubts. We look in the mirror and say to ourselves. No, I keep the faith in my body and in the healing power within it.

We each have healed from emotional upset, from challenging things and circumstances. So have faith. Let doubt bow out and let the fresh thoughts of certainty in our healing power, our restorative quality rise in us, a renewing capacity that does not fail.

For ourselves or anyone else we decree: I see you whole and free. If you are having doubts about anything, or are in the middle of some challenges affirm and begin to know your extraordinary capability to mend and heal completely.

Count on your resilience and the Divine Power with and within you now in this moment and always. We have ample spiritual strength. We are Divinely guided and loved with the greatest of loves there is—God’s love in and around us always.

We have faith circumstances have a propensity not to last. We have a dynamo inner capacity for creative solutions, patience in the process of life blessing us and changing difficulties into terrific outcomes and good fortune.

We each come with wholeness and plenty of fortitude already tucked inside us. We tune into the Divine care and keeping, the intelligence and creativity we possess and we act on our good ideas. And, before our eyes those unfortunate experiences have turned into golden opportunities and joyous outcomes.

We keep faith in the absolute good of the Divine Presence, the image and likeness of God forever and always working in, through and around us and our lives. We also know these truths for our loved ones, dear friends, neighbors and all. Thank you beloved God, Amen.
