End of Year: “Release and Affirm Anew.”

Reminder–Release and Affirm can be done any time during the year. It is a good practice to use.

We are three days from the first day of 2020. Time to sit in quiet place with pencil or pen and two blank sheets of paper. Then place on first sheet the Title “Release Sheet.” Write on this sheet all you do not want to take into the New Year 2020.

Second sheet is what you desire in your heart to accomplish. Title for second blank sheet is: “Affirm sheet.” List your most cherished goals and accomplishments for 2020. If writing a book, put on Affirm sheet—I begin writing my book. Write all your goals and hankerings for the New Year. Could be a vacation to a place you have had strong desires to visit. May be starting a project, plan the dates for the special vacation or get going on a second book.

Now sit down and write or take the two sheets and place next to your bed and write first thing in morning all you desire to release and note the items you have a yearning to and will begin, plan and take-on. Begin releasing. This is exciting and a new beginning for all of us.

We start January 1, 2020 with a clear and clean slate. We follow our heart’s calling and go with it. We have the energy, enthusiasm and will-power to Release and Take-on anew. Happy New Year 2020! Remember write down what you are releasing and the desired plans you will accomplish in 2020. Writing them down keeps you focused on what you are releasing and the good things you will accomplish.

Important to release is forgiving, forgiveness. Do let go any angst or grudge toward anyone, self or many. Letting go of unforgiving thoughts will lift the weight from your shoulders and a freeing feeling follows making us ready to prosper and accept Divine Grace when it pours into our lap and life.
