The Twelve Power meditation is complete and includes greater clarification of each power. The 12 Powers have also been placed in four units–Part I, II, III, IV. There is a shortened version of the 12 Power Meditation at the end of Part IV.  

Beginning above the crown of the head, imagine, sense or feel the purest light being poured from above cascading over and through you in a flowing stream of white-golden light being fully absorbed by your body, mind, emotions and spiritual nature.

Then, sit for a few moments being aware of the divine essence with your attention centered on your forehead.  Now bring your focus to the center of the body, the solar plexus area. Be grateful — feel gratitude — for awareness of the essence of your Divinity inside your body and in living your life.

Follow this with bringing your attention to the middle of the head and celebrate the power of Faith within you–the brilliant perceptive quality and ability to know something is so in the invisible and forming into visible manifestation because of the substantial nature of your power of Faith. 

Moving gently and meditatively to the small of the back, with the recognition of the strengthening ability within your skeletal system upholding your body in strength. In addition the power of strength within you gives the power to be faithful and stick with a project, dream or idea until full bloom.

Likewise, the innate power of strength provides the ability to be physically strong and emotionally secure even when outer conditions are challenging. Strength affirmation: I am standing on the holy ground of strength–I have an inner fortitude and patience with people, in my work and in everyday life. I am strong with the strength of divine Spirit.

Drifting forward through the body temple to the solar plexus area and the seat of the power of Wisdom just below and embracing the heart area. With the fullness of knowing, wisdom is certainly located throughout the anatomy in every cell, tissue, fiber and muscle of the physical abode. 

Therefore, have your focal point resting in the wisdom power everywhere present within you–James representing the wisdom of a master teacher and the insight of the most developed spiritual human. Affirm: I am wise with the wisdom, inner knowing and insightful depth of divine Spirit. The reserve of wisdom within me, understands beyond its years, and possesses knowledge beyond human intellect and education. I face life, waltz through life centered in my love and wisdom power of divine ease and wellbeing. 

Equally important, with the awareness your power of Wisdom joins with your Love faculty of being. Not a mere human capability of love, the Divine, undiluted and all-power-filled wholeness of Christ or holy inspired love and wisdom — the sons of thunder — joined together to be the infinite power-house showing up in and through you, mild as a lamb and wise as a shaman priest; in other words, your inner love and genius ability functioning as one whole.
