I have a question for you. How many things do we think or believe we have to handle at the same time?  The answer is — One, being fully aware in the present moment. If we do that all things will be taken care of and done by our undiluted and fully awake, capable selves.

Indeed, it is amazing how focused and intelligently attuned to what we are doing when fully in the present moment. Our full attention, physical and mental skills become engaged and work so well in present moment awareness.  

These days of modern living there is an abundance of things happening simultaneously. When we are aware and realize there is only the present moment to be attentive of, we respond stealthily and aptly.

What boosts us too is supporting ourselves with praise. Appreciate your wonderful capabilities and skills. Be grateful for present moment awareness and its healing and awakening effect on your performance and well-being.

Let’s join in a brief prayer: I am restoring, rejuvenating and alive to the present moment. Wow! I have rich gratitude for my abundant intelligence, understanding, emotional keenness and compassionate actions. There is a vibrant harmony going on in me in the threesome synchronicity of the intellect, feeling and intuitive nature plus the instinctual wisdom within. I feel blessed and I prosper others by living, playing and being in present moment awareness.

With delight, I drink deeply of three belly breaths then move with joy uplifted, healed and relishing the (NOW)– Naturally Opulent Wellspring of the present moment.
