1 cup water, 1 medium apple, 1/2 banana, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, scoop or two of your favorite protein powder, splash of your choice of cold-pressed oil, and a handful of ice cubes if desired. Blend. Enjoy!

Suggested cold-pressed oils–Coconut, olive (extra virgin), sesame seed, flaxseed oil taken alone or in a shake.
