Laugh Often–Eat Healthy, lots of *veges, fruits, clean protein and water,

Pray Positively and let go energy depleting thoughts,

Rest and praise often,

Sleep well and cultivate living in peace and love,

Follow the nudges of a higher light and purpose desiring to live through you,

Play and promote light-heartedness in yourself and others,

Live friendly.
